The Día de Muertos murals in my Barrio de Jalatlaco neighborhood continue to go forth and multiply…

As do the crowds. Love the former. No comment about the latter.

Where is the first mural of the woman? Haven’t seen that yet. Glad to see that most of the tourists go and now the streets are peaceful.
The first mural is on Aldama about a block from 190. Going north on Aldama, it’s on the left. The last one is 1/2 block north of the first and on the right.
Adios tourists! The streets are calm now.

I was downtown today and there are still a lot of tourists. At least Jalatlaco is quieting down. Now if something could just be done about the garbage situation. Sigh…
Great mural.
The city is filled with new murals.
How many tourists would you say were in Oaxaca this year?
“The average hotel occupancy in the City of Oaxaca reached 82%, with the arrival of 53,988 visitors” according to this article: http://oaxacadiaadia.com/?p=175805 Though, probably more — I’m not sure if they have an accurate count for the AirBnBs or Mexican Nationals arriving by car.
Wow! These are well done! Talented artists and nice images to showcase them.
