People are more likely to throw stuff into such a wonderfully colorful bin! The vendors must have gotten bad again.
The vendors are managed by PRI. It is a political dispute of some sort. Personally, I much prefer people.
I think they may have been getting a lot of heat about the “Hecho en China” stuff being sold on the Zócalo. ¡Hasta pronto!
It looks like they replanted the gardens! Maybe they are going to KEEP the vendors and protesters out. I miss the gardens and I imagine the restaurants are happy too
Yes, they replanted the beds a week or so ago. Let’s hope they water them this time!
