June in Oaxaca city, the mornings are grey.
The sun eventually appears.
Afternoon clouds gather and thunder rumbles in the distance.
Then darkness descends.
Alas, this June only a minimal amount of rain has fallen. But the garden endures.

Your flowers AND photos are gorgeous. I’m really sorry to hear of the lack of rain, as I thought the water situation in Oaxaca is already unfortunate enough.
Thank you! We have since gotten “some” rain. Alas, everyday rain is forecast and clouds gather, but not much has fallen.
Lovely photos! Darkness…what’s that???
Land of the midnight sun, is it?
Terrific photo of the night blooming cereus.
I was about to comment the same. Ditto!
Thanks, Verónica!!!
Thanks! The scent of that particular variety is absolutely intoxicating.
