Need a facelift?
Apparently, Casa Oaxaca and neighbor, Galeria Quetzalli, both do.
You might want to consider these guys.
They work hard.
And, all work is done with care and by hand!

No one uses lathe or chicken wire to back up the mortar. It is plopped on and spread out straight over the bricks. It sometimes comes loose after a while and bulges out. But then you just knock it off and re-stucco. Also I like the way you run electrical wiring–use a chisel and cut a “gutter” across the surface of the bricks to where you want wires to go, then put in the wires the gutter and stucco over the whole thing. Who cares if the wires get hot. Ditto for water or gas pipes. When one leaks get out your chisel. And no one ever uses a power mixer.
Wait a minute is that chicken wire in the first picture?? New technology for Oaxaca??
It’s there, a whole roll, but don’t know its destination.
